Annual UCP Life Without Limits Luncheon 2012

This is our annual event for the community who supports our work each year.  Join us for lunch and a one hour program to share in our successes over the past year.

The Advocate Sponsor package includes 2 luncheon tickets, mention in the program and the slide show throughout the event.

The event will be held on Thursday, April 26th at 12 noon until 1pm

Daytona 500 Club, 1800 International Speedway Blvd.

Please provide the name of each attendee in the Customer Comments section of the order form, and indicate if you are requesting to sit at a particular table or with another individual or group of individuals also attending the event.

A donation to UCP of East Central Florida. Your $25 tax deductible contribution will be used to provide services to individuals with disabilities. Programs include Adult Day Training program, employment services, Adult Basic Education, Residential services and support services. - $25.00
